Refund Policy

STANDARD OF CARE

The designer shall perform services using the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under similar conditions by reputable professionals in the same locality. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The client agrees that Designer’s liability for any claim, error, or omission will be limited to the total design fee earned under this agreement.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement with five (5) days’ written notice. All authorized work completed prior to termination shall be paid in full.

MEDIATION

The client and designer agreed to resolve disputes first through non-binding mediation unless otherwise mutually agreed.

LEGAL EXPENSES

In the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and staff time as determined by the court.
